Communication

It's been a while since I last updated. The second half of the semester has already started and ada tests, presentations :( no fun! but what to do? Muda maseh, belajar lah :P

This is just gonna be a short post, just to inform all of you that e-mail won't be the only way to contact me! Now you can contact me via mobile phone :D especially useful for those who don't utilise electronic mail (or e-mailing just isn't your thing?).

+6738689976.

That's the number that you can contact me through if you wanna make orders. Sms/text me for orders :) Conditions still apply such as making orders 3 day prior to the date the order is wanted and well, click here lah ah.

If you don't feel like contacting me via mobile phone, there's always e-mail ;)

Many thanks to Nuar for making some space on his blog's sidebar for my lasagna :D do check out what other foodstuff are being offered there. Speaking of which, the potato salad offer is available throughout Syawal. I do believe it'll be added to the menu one day! I'll keep you posted.

AND, as always, CLICK HERE for the food menu. Look forward to more new additions in the near future.

'till here and many thanks to everyone :)

Selamat Hari Raya!

Happy Raya everyone :D I do hope all of your fasting and ibadah done in the month of Ramadhan were accepted and that your Aidilfitri is currently enjoyable now. Please do remember to appreciate those who are with you now and do not forget to sedekah Al-Fatihah to those who have already left..

I'm taking time from a part of my 1st Syawal to inform all of you that I am taking food orders, say you want to order, for this Raya season. To commemorate this festive month, each order will come with A COMPLIMENTARY POTATO SALAD :D YAYY!

Contact me the same way via e-mail ;) Though I think there will soon be an easier way for you to contact me about orders. I'll keep you posted.

Selamat Hari Raya once again :D

Another type of lasagna

Not exactly how the ingredients look like.. but that's what I substituted beef for in the lasagna I tried out last night for sungkai :D and it turned out good!

I must admit that I'm not an avid veggie eater (since IMHO veggies on their own taste kinda bland plus overcooked veggies don't look very appetizing to me) yet I actually enjoyed eating the veggie lasagna! The sudden change in stomach (it's usually 'change of heart' right? but since this involves the stomach, I say it should be a "sudden change in stomach instead) came from the weekly yoga sessions that I attend and much to my embarrassment, my tummy can't take it when leg raises are done :( I don't exactly know how this resulted in wanting veggies but then it's nice to have an alternative to beef.

Hence, I'm adding this to the menu :D

Vegetable lasagna

Sliced mushrooms, carrots and spinach are simmered in a rich tomato based sauce and layered with white sauce along with lasagna noodles. It is then finally topped with a layer of cheese. Lasagna noodles are always used and no other substitute pasta (such as macaroni) is used. Each order comes in an aluminium baking dish which allows re-heating later on.

price+size:

$20.00 --> Big : 12" by 9"

As of now the veggies will be those three, however, I will eventually give alternatives to the carrots and spinach. Most likely eggplant and broccoli. Oh, and I'm not sure about taking orders for the smaller containers, that has to be taken into consideration.

It's almost time for sungkai. Happy sungkai-ing to all those who are able to fast :)

as usual,

'till here ♥

Vegetables

Do you like to eat vegetables?

Carrots, mushrooms, the leafy kind?

How about a veggie lasagna instead of beef?

New potential additions to the menu

This is gonna be a short post (most likely repetitive at the end. ehehehe.) I was thinking of adding new food items to the already existing menu. More on the line of baked stuff as well obviously :D However, it'll have to go through some trials to see if I can and if I should. Maybe Shepherd's pie? Chicken pie? Hm.. In the mean time, there's always:

Beef Lasagna

In this dish, lasagna noodles are layered with a rich white sauce along with a rich meaty tomato-based sauce and finally topped with a layer of cheese. Lasagna noodles are always used and no other substitute pasta (such as macaroni) is used. Each order comes in an aluminium baking dish which allows re-heating later on.

price+size:
B$3.00 --> Small : 5.5" by 4.5"

$25.00 --> Big : 12" by 9"

Baked macaroni and Cheese

Macaroni noodles are mixed into a creamy, rich cheese sauce that is baked with a breadcrumb topping to give it a crunchy texture. Each order comes in an aluminium baking dish which allows re-heating later on.

price:
B$3.00 --> Small : 5.5" by 4.5"

$25.00 --> Big : 12" by 9"
